PURPOSE
This fundraising drive has been created for Publicis Groupe employees to support their colleagues from Ukraine and their families as the war broke out in Ukraine.
Publicis Groupe will be match-funding all donations made by Publicis Groupe employees.
The funds raised from this fundraising drive will be allocated to Publicis Groupe Ukraine employees based on the governance described on this page.

GOVERNANCE OF FUNDS RAISED VIA “HELPING OUR UKRAINE TEAM AS ONE” FUNDRAISING DRIVE
The information provided below details the governance process regarding the funds raised via “Helping Our Ukraine Team as One” fundraising drive with Publicis Groupe employees to support Publicis Groupe Ukraine employees as the war broke out in Ukraine.

Bank Account for Fundraising Drive
The funds raised will be collected on a company bank account fully dedicated to the receipt and distribution of money raised for Publicis Groupe Ukraine employees. 

CLOSURE OF FUNDRAISING DRIVE AND THE DISPOSAL OF FUNDS
Phase 1 of the fundraising drive ended on 30 June 2022 and the funds (Phase 1 Budget) will be distributed accordingly in July 2022 to Publicis Groupe Ukraine employees who submitted a claim for material damages by July the 1st, 2022. The remaining amount (Phase 2 Budget) will be kept on Reserve and distributed at the end of 2022 based on needs arising over the course of the respective period. The fundraiser will discontinue upon a ceasefire, the signing of a peace treaty or at the latest, on 31^st of Dec 2022.

Distribution of Funds
The funds will be distributed by the Committee after performing an assessment of the damages that employees have suffered. This assessment will be conducted by the Leadership team of the Ukraine operation through a survey in which employees submit a written claim, explaining their losses, based on which, the Country Leadership Team will compile a proposal. The proposal will be validated by the Committee.
 
The review process will be documented and attached as evidence of disbursements.

The Distribution Mechanism for Phase 2 will be defined by the Committee based on assessment of the actual impacts of the war and the severity of individual damages at the time of Phase 2 Budget distribution. Phase 2 Budget distribution mechanisms will be detailed in December 2022.
